TACS not scrambling pods

Not sure if anyone else has this issue, but my TACS don't scramble mechanoid drop pods

I should add that they were able to scramble normal pods before

you may not have had enough power for the size of the raid, it requires a single large pulse of energy from connected ppc's normally it pops a letter warning about the failure
