Machining table only shows dismantle warhead. Cannot build anything? Is this normal?

as the title says. Cannot build rods, fins, etc

When I start the game, rimatomics is creating a lot of errors. Is there a list of known mods that conflict with this one?

It is normal, cause first step is buying technologies on "RimAtomic research bench" through Comms console (that mean you already research it and built it)
