can you put your own plugins in? and the plugins are from 2014 BTW

i put the plugins in the plugins file

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\GarrysMod\garrysmod\addons\NSHL2RP\gamemodes\hl2rp\plugins

and the plugins don't work i need help

and there is a file that says "_oldplugins-fix" So do i put the plugins is there?
