What grade?
It looks either Mil-spec(Dark blue grade), Restricted(purple grade skin) or Covert (red).
What do you think?

There is a nova Hyper Beast and if I am not mistaken it's Covert.

pink or red, valve would make it pink but it has a lot of small details that make the skin look amazing and worthy of red
