Future Updates

White Peace Extended Planned Changes:

Add more/adjust current conditions to make AI decisions more realistic
Add a second idea containing other political options for negotiating peace
- Trade deals
  - Resources
  - Equipment
  - Embargo
- Ceding territory
- Demilitarized states
- Liberating territory
- Change in politics i.e. changing from fascist to democratic
