This topic has been pinned, so it's probably important

Feature Request:
Here you can request features you would like to see in the mod.

Before suggesting a feature please check the Future Updates thread first to see if I already plan on adding it.

I saw something similar in "Future Updates", but just to be sure, I wanted to post this aswell.

It would be good if you added two options: First is normal white peace and the otherone is that one party gets their wargoal fulfilled and then a peace treaty is signed. So for example if I justify on France as Germany for taking (back) Alsace-Lorraine and I send them a request while at war, they can agree to give me my war goal in exchange for peace.

Anoher nice thing would be to possibly be able to end the war when you take out a good chunk of a faction but are unable to get the rest, like for example if you are Germany and you successfully occupied france, but can't Get UK, or can get UK, but not US, it'd be nice if you could have peace negotiations where you can take all the people who capitulated, or were almost capitulated, so then you could just end the war once you got what you want.

I think it would be interesting to have such features although I think it should be more likely that AI will consider other options before ceding territory to opposing nations. Also in the case of a country that has already capitulated I think it would be very unlikely for a nation allied with them to abandon them, especially if it's a nation such as the US which is likely to have a pretty large force behind it. If, by chance, they do agree to a situation that allows you to take capitulated countries then I think it would come with certain negative outcomes on both sides such as trade embargos and loss of political power as well as the side that has abandoned their allies to receive negative relations from the countries they've betrayed.

All in all it will take a lot of planning to come up with such a feature and figure out how such negotiations will go down as it will require a heafty amount of conditional statements. Not sure how long it'll take me to figure it all out.

Maybe you could do a feature which allows to create a demilitarized zone (like germany has in 1936, Rhineland)

More flavour text would be good. I don't like how "gamey" it is.

Here's an interesting idea, I've seen you have planned "cede territory", but what about "exchange territory" or "sell territory" . also "exchange territory" like I as turkey, for example, navaly invade crimea and take it over, but russians take east turkey, so I keep crimea, and russians keep that eastern occupied part. about sell, someone gets territory in exchange for civilian factories, or military factories. Also exchanging territory in peace. Sending ultimatum would be a good option too, but it counts in the power of a nation, and you can only send ultimatum to the nation that's quite a bit weaker than you.

Not sure what would happen if each side got land, but at the moment, the AI will propose peace, and you get what you occupied, not sure if it works other way around.

But I did see a bug in this, randomly in a war, the AI will ask for peace with all members of the opposing side when they lose territory, but if the War Leader declines and you accept, you get free states and can continue the war. For example, I was playing Yugoslavia, Fascist of course. I had invaded Romania and the Soviets were at war with Germany, I decided to see iff I could pop in and out of the war with this mod, so I joined axis, and the war, Blitz'd Into Ukraine, and as expected got a peace offer from the Soviet Union, I got the states I occupied and such. but then, war did not end, and I NEEDED it to end because Pact of Rome was trying to declare war on me, I would keep getting more and more states, but war never ended.
There should be an event where you have the choice to drop out of the war, and get the land you occupied, a deal of sorts so that you don't need to deal with the war anymore and so the enemy does not need to worry about you anymore.
Or make it so that you can't get land until War leader agrees to peace.

Would it be possible to include the distance (from nation capitals) as a factor when determining if a white peace will be accepted?
does it work in millinia dawn mode ?
