japan white-peaced china?

Unless China or Japan was played by a human player there is no way this mod caused that. The mod is set up in such a way that it doesn't allow the AI to take the white peace idea, only receive it.

When I put to start a white peace negotiation, hours after that it says: "The government idea can Enter Peace Negotiations has been removed because it's prerequisites are no longer fulfilled" the prerequisites are: (in war and does not have peace negotiations).

I can't seem to successfully white peace, even when I get the event that says I can. We never end up peaced, essentially meaning this mod becomes a PP drain. Am I doing something wrong?

If you start a negotiation, who has to accept it? The faction leader, all of the major powers, or the countries that have the gold border around their flag? The US denied the request, but the UK (faction leader) accepted it.

Thats exactly what happens to me every time. But once i managed to make peace with my enemies, but i don't know how i did that...
