MOCX Compatibility With Weapon Skin Replacer?

Is it possible to use WSR to change the visuals of MOCX's weapons without affecting the rest of Advent's equipment? I'm attempting to make MOCX much more visually unique of a faction, but I'm unable to find a way to change this.
