UPDATE 2: Criticism
Update 2:

Overall seems a bit better, I guess. Although I'm having a hard time looking for the differences/improvements even when these are mentioned in the description.
Now, problems?
Well:

•The hair (specially the texture of it) feels like a plane, it only works on one angle and the other angles just make the hair look ugly.
•New face flexes! How good are these?
I'll believe that this is your first time with face flexes, because they're really bad.
It removes the weight that the cheeks are suppouse to have and it just looks bad and very not natural.
•The proportions are too weird. Hair is way too big and face is way small.
It doesnt look like a cute little girl, it seems more like...
Well...a not so cute girl.
•The phongs are...not very well designed. The face has an oily feel to it which makes it really ugly and very tiring to change it everytime you wanna use the model with the Override Materials thing. The glasses could use some $envmap or just a reflective phong.

Glad we're getting updates, but the model is still very meh, at least for me.
I would gladly see how you shut me up with a huge improvement of the model, but for now here are some mistakes of it.
At least it works as a "eh, its what we have" model, looks decent at that.

I understand your complaints with the textures and flexes (not my strongest points when it comes to model making) I'll do what I can to make them better. The hair is large because it's large in the original drawing, and most of the other drawings I see of her online.

That being said, thank you for the input.

Well... improving hair texture is easy enough. basically the one that we have right now is too bland because there was only one color. Try to use several different colors to make it look like it's hair... for example look at the eggman model, and especially, his mustache. It has multiple colors in it to emulate the look of hair.

The thing about the hair texture for me is that I'm trying to do a simplistic look, Making it look real wouldn't work for that. In the original drawing is a gradient, and I tried doing that with the current texture.

What the model currently has is an attempt at a bump map, which I'm not super familiar with how it works. My hope is to make the texture a more basic color with a bump map to add detail.

It's mostly a problem of the shape, not the texture. The shape is too plane, it barely looks good from one angle

I like the model I just think it could use some work to make it look more cartoony in a way that can look good in 3D, I'm not good at describing things so yeah.
