[FIX] Missing Explosion Effect in Multiplayer Games

I have found a workaround around this issue by using the following mod:
https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2885846408 and running the command:

wshl_hotload 1131455085

By running this command after you loaded into the game, the explosions appear back.
I have confirmed it with a friend while he was on the server.
