There's a bug that can make a mission unending (the hack the workstation one that mirrors the assassinate field commander). The Chosen Assassin spawned on an isolated platform outside of the map, and remained invisible. I had no way to reveal it and it wouldn't reveal itself, there was no pathing available between us.

Upon restarting the game with console commands it would just crash upon loading.
