Planet Spawning Whitelist / Blacklist
Planetary Installations supports the ability to specify which planets SpawnGroups can appear on. To specify a whitelisted planet, simply include the planet name in brackets. Example:

(Inst-1)(Mars) Defense Installation

The above will only allow that SpawnGroup to appear on Mars.

To blacklist a planet, add a '!' in front of the planet name. Example:

(Inst-1)(!Mars) Defense Installation

The above will allow that SpawnGroup to appear on any planet but Mars.

If no planet whitelist / blacklist tag is used, the SpawnGroup can appear on any of the ingame planets.

This howto needs to include where exactly this config data is saved :)

This is for if you're creating your own content mod that adds ships/stations

Does this work with modded planets?

Yep, modded planets should work as well :)

How would you do multiple planets when whitelisting?
I'm asking because I want to use Drone Antenna spawning, and if the station spawns on a planet with no atmosphere, my atmospheric drones will not fly.

Be nice if you could add a (Atmo) Tag to the SubtypeID

The new spawner I'm working on will have that option, but if you need to do multiple planets, you can just add multiple tags. Eg: (EarthLike) (Mars) (Europa) etc..

Or if you're just trying to avoid the moon, just black list the one planet with (!Moon)
