Is there a way to change the spawn priority/chance between mods using MES? I am using this with vanilla planet crashed ground encounters and Wasteland encounters V2. Together those mods spawn quite frequently but when I enable Surface Occupation I get almost exclusively bases and no spawns from the latter.

So my question is, is there a way to lower the spawn priority of Surface Occupation to allow the other encounters to spawn more frequently along side it?
