NVM I found it next to the Historical ships. I like the way that it functions, however its really hard to find.

researching handheld at and spotter planes automatically activates them and your units immediately needs them. you dont need to do anything other than researching.

No, You need to manually add them to your division via the clipboard in the production tab.

actually except for china, all other nations don't really have to equip the handhold ATs, and the artillery support spotter planes are actually no use and don't worth producing. Comparing with cost to equip, the buffs given by the handhold ATs are way too expensive, probably only worth equipping the motorised and mechanised infantries.

Wrong. Put 2-3 factories the moment you research them and you'll be able to equip your whole army before the war
