Hey guys,

So currently I am playing as Germany. I researched the tech where steel mills produce -2 steel and give 12 fuel. Additionaly I took the focus to give me 18 fuel instead of 12. In the tooltip it says there should be a weekly event where you get the generated fuel, but there is no popup for that. Is that intentional or am I missing something obvious here?

Also in the tooltip for the coal liquidisation tech it says "steel mills produce 0.5 oil" but there is no sign of that ingame.
