But do the DLC's give any more features? I mean, if a DLC unlocks a certain feature - does BlackICE benefit from it at all? Or does it ignore all the way any DLC's - I get what I get with the mod and that's it?

Some features are there some aren't.

You need La Resistance for Intelligence Agency but get Armoured Cars with or without it.
You need NSB to design your own tanks, without it you are restricted to historic designs. You also need it to have spirits of the army etc.
There is no plane designer and I'm not sure about other features from BBA.
I don't have AAT but I think there may be MIOs and/or international markets in the mod.

Focuses don't change.

Thanks! I just bought BBA on sale, but when BlackICE came out on HoI III - I never played anything else, nor I think I will play anything else on HoI IV - not enough time to play as I would maybe like, so I choose the best :)

No step back was the last DLC i bought, the rest since have been hot trash cash grabs. Happy to say the game plays great without the latest dlc
