Certain Minors No Tank Research
Hello, I started a Romania campaign and noticed i do not have the ability to produce tanks. (The old allies axis event doesn't pop up as im guessing this is due to the implementation of the tank designer). Bulgaria, Austria, Poland, Greece or Turkey dont seem to have a tank research tech category available either.

My question is, if is this by design (these countries CANT build tanks), is it somehow unlocked via decision (which i cant see) or focus tree or is it a problem in my game?

only way around so far is to get into a faction and get the tank production from that faction, or trade for tanks from the country trade screen.

Alright, so it's meant to be like that, I was used to the "generic Allies/Axis Armour that existed before the tank designer update. So its just lend lease and trade then, it wasn't just a mess up on my end. cheers.

I noticed this with a Hungary campaign as well, thought my game was broken, as I don't have most of the DLC.
