Crash to desktop at a certain date
Hi,

playing as Germany, around 7th January 1941 I get a CTD. it is a little time after I conq....liberated Malta so it could be the event of Italy requesting a transfer to it. The crash is consistent, I tried the "slow down to speed 2 to get through the date" suggestion and it did not work. Verified the game files and they are intact.

I do not own the AAT, Man the Guns and No step back DLCs, could that be a cause or does anyone have a suggestion?

Can you try turning off unit 3d models in the settings?

I have the same problem, but my crashes repeatedly occurred in late 1941 and early 1942. I will try the fixes mentioned here.

Removing 3D unit models works well. I think this solution should be published on the mod's description. We are not the only ones suffering from 1941-1942 crashes.

I have similar problem, playing as communist china and the game always crash on date May 15 1937. I tried closing the 3D unit models but it didn't fix the crash.
Should I close all my DLCs? or is it due to some other issues?

Всё классно но с 1940 года игра постоянно крашится на 2-3 скорости ----- на 1 скорости можно отыграть 7 дней и тоже краш.

This fix made my situation worse. I was CTD on Jan 20, 1940. I turned off the 3D Units and now I cannot even get the mod to launch.

Maybe turn them off and starting a new game ?

i am trying a run whit the soviets, I tried 3 times to load my game in diferent dates whit all the 3d models off, but always in 17 april at 20 hours it crash, i tried to go on speed 2 but nothing. Pls help
