How do submarines work? I play as Germany, since the start of the war I had 20-30 subs hunting near Iceland and Western Approaches. I know GB must be getting supplies somehow, but if I sink 2 convoy vessels its a good month. Am I missing something important or have they just been nerfed to death? (I have Donitz assigned, some limited tactic research, otherwise newest hulls with decent torpedo tubes as a template)
