Hello, are MIOs bugged or deleted in Black Ice? I just got Arms against tyranny. Are military industrial organisations under research and production not available? There is only one that allows me to choose, under Material Equipment, but then there is just an empty box and no MIOs to choose from at all. I cant even choose the previous ones.
