Hearts of Iron IV

BlackICE Historical Immersion Mod
once broken AI does not resist
A friend asked me to pass this on.

First, he would like to thank you for the best and most detailed mod for the game.
Second, to draw attention to the same problem as in the previous and the previous versions: once broken AI does not resist, and its spine breaks at the click of a button.
I will expand on this thought: of course, initially the balance in the mod is hardcore, so that the average player loses to AI, AI is stronger and is in more favorable conditions (for example, it does NOT need to build tank/engine/artillery factories and power plants). But, if the player still breaks AI on skill, or on easy difficulty, or with cheats, then further:
1) AI keeps a bunch of troops in some wild wilderness, and not on the main territory that needs to be defended
2) Having lost some factories and divisions, AI like crazy frantically builds... planes on half of its factories, and a bunch of tanks.
Thus, it does not restore the ground army, and is not able to resist the player (and fighting with a half-corpse is not interesting).
He will not need planes if there is no ground army to hold the front.
Tanks and cars are good, of course, but they cost 10 times more than an infantry army (rifles, uniforms, light artillery, light anti-tank guns). Therefore, when the AI does not have enough army for defense, it will not need tanks either. 1 tank division instead of 10 infantry divisions will not hold the front.

How the problem is solved:
1) increase the priority of protecting the main territory with a loss of 15-20%, so that having lost 15-20% of the territory, the AI throws 90% of the troops to defend the metropolis.
2) increase the priority of infantry equipment (rifles, uniforms, light artillery), especially with the loss of factories and troops.
FIRST the basic infantry army up to the required limit of divisions, THEN tanks and trucks, and only THEN aircraft.

Great mod, but they say that
although the settings for defense and production of AI countries in the diplomacy window are good that they exist (thanks), but they don't really help,
since the AI builds 1) too many planes 2) and too little equipment for divisions

Therefore, if the player survived, survived a difficult period in the war and wins, then in the late game there is absolutely nothing to do.
I want to customize cool tanks, make "packed" tank divisions and grapple with the AI in an epic battle...
But the AI builds only planes, and does not build equipment for infantry
Therefore, it has few divisions, and there is nowhere for powerful tank divisions to have fun. Unless they capture empty regions without troops =(
