PHD Flopper: Find 3 purple panels around the map and shoot them or hit them with explosives.
Location 1: In the power room, once entering from the room where jugg is located, it is across the room on top of a machine. Easy to hit with a nade.
Location 2: In the room with the big tree, on the lower level, another panel is located there. Not easy to hit with a nade, easiest with china lake.
Location 3: In the underground by the room with electric cherry. In the corner, theres a stairwell that leads to the above ground, and inside the room is the box. Easy to nade.
Door opens in the underground with PHD flopper.

If you interact with the Dr. Monty's chocolate bar in the cafeteria something good happens

Teddy's
1. in bottom animal cage in Juggs room, right corner towards tree
2. Cafeteria, in kitchen, in crate under counter
3. teleport room 3 (Nacht Des Metzgers office room) on shelf in left side of room

Widows Wine: Find 3 Spiders located around the map
1. In spawn, inside of a filing cabinet on the left side of the buyable door.
2. In the tree room, in a cabinet/terminal thing, between double tap and the box location.
3. In one of the secret rooms when you teleport. The red room with all the spiders. It is on one of the tables. Be quick, as the teleport is very fast.
In the main area, in one of the hallways, there will be a door that says "this door is opened elsewhere". On a table in the area, you can place all the spiders down in 3 tubes, and the door will open, revealing Widows wine.

When I hit the Panzer with the DG-4, it gave me an extra perk slot. Could be something else that happened at the same time though. This killed the Panzer, might be worth noting.

This probably has nothing to do with the DG-4. I got the extra slots when I killed them with a normal packed weapon.
