how do i use srbms and the like?

im sure icbms need that building but i have some srbms but have 0 idea how to use them. do i use them as planes or??

Paradox doesn't let us make many changes to how nukes work, so our solution was to treat nuclear missiles like strategic bombers. If you put the SRBM at an air base, it will let you nuke any state within range.

oh so i can use srbms to carry nukes too? just cut out strategic planes all together?
