Could you make a Long War Of The Chosen version??

0% hitchance bug

whenever the chance to hit is less than 95% the game perceives it as a 0% for some reason
is there any info I can provide to make this problem easier to handle?

I have learned that Perfect information is out of date and using the wrong algorithm for when there are negative hitchance effects
