stuck on the sprinting pose and shoots sideways while at it, even though you aren't sprinting.

Also upon changing back to it from another weapon there is a muzzle flash

The stuck in animation and muzzle flash problem might be a game problem, which means I can't fix them.

1. aiming down sights even when not actually aiming.
2. shooting sound constantly repeats until reload, also i was not firing

If you reload and you get knocked over before you finish the reload you hold the gun in a wierd postition.

Gun gets stuck in the sprinting position and can't hip fire in the right way. Nice job, though!
