Fixed Crossbow bugs (Bad sights, falling through the map)
Added Crossbow Iron Sights (ID 42807)

Working on an Update to fix the issue of not being able to spawn it.

Changed IDs:
35000 for Crossbow
36000 for Crossbow Sights.

Possibly fixed the gun not working.
