in the building "Grand Altar of Ulric" there you see " Summon unit: the Swords of Ulric (only own armies in province) ".
But how you summon them? There are in the Garrison yes, but you cant recruit or summon them, not even in the Labor you can summon them!!!!

So please answer this question about that, because this unit would be so cool to play in Tier V
