Save Orc building and Savage Rogue Idol

So i have been trying to start a new campaign as Wurzagg, however the Savage Orce building that is supposed to be at Ekrund is missing. Furthermore, there is no building that shows the icon for the Savage Rogue Idol.
Is this intentional?
Do they unlock later on or is this a weird bug that has either been seen before or is something that I am facing for the first time?
Any and all help would be appreciated

Mod conflict is my guess. There is no savage orc building unique to ekrund, any territory with that small red orc sign next to it means you can build a savage orc barracks there as any orc faction. Pretty sure wurzag can build them anywhere tho.

Also the unique savage rogue idol is recruited from the savage orc building at T3, when playing as wurzag.

I'm having the same problem, did you fix? Can't upgrade savage orc barracks and if i demolish I can't build again because now showing in building's list
