Do red skill-lines also boost certain units added by SFO?

For example Beastmen's Beastlord's lash gives bonuses to various vanilla hound units, but does not mention Hounds of Pestilence, does it still affect them? Same for chaos god flavoured gors and such.

Hounds of Pestilence are warhounds. All other units are mentioned.
