coves not making correct amount of gold?

lothern is making ~2500 gold. 40% of 2500 is 1k gold.

why am i only making 700 gold from the cove?

30% less gold than i should be making is a pretty significant amount.

It comes from base income not the tax income. Check Lothern's base income and I bet it will make sense. Cheers.

Yep, exactly as Derek says. AI often increases taxes and have other modifiers for income.
