9.11.2018 new Patch / Bugs and Feedback for Radious
Hello i made with a friend a few testing and we both investet a lot of time already in the game as you can see to our playtime . i just wanted to report some issues for the new patch . with issues i mean balancing issues with the new fraction i won't talk about the unit balancing its all about just the campaign and the fractions himself .

1. The first problem is skaven the rituel were you can summon an agent that has the ability to destroy an entire city for may taste this is generelly to strong but the main problem with this rituel is that there is no counter play against it cause you are not able to attack agents on sea . So you simply cast the ritule which you can do also in the very early phase of the game sent him via sea to the main capital off an fraction like Lothern or the Dark Elfs or any other City that lies at the coast and just destroy the city . And you opponent is not able to do anything against it .
This alone thows your back a lot . In late game this can easly cost your around 40-50K gold to repaire .

2. the new fraction ( Vampire Pirates ) comes with a lot of new fraction abilities like for example the pirate bays . you can simply but an p.irate b.ay to any coast city / villiage and your opponent is again not able to anything about it . You can build one building that increases the vampire corruption insanely hight to a province an all provinces that are next to that one . With this mechanic alone my friend was able to corrupt the whole high elf continent after just around 15 - 25 turns up to 25% - 55 % vampiric corruption and it would continue to grow up to around 85% +
And you can do this to all provinces that are at the coast . We even tryed edicts /to build buildings that clanse corruption / or rituels all this was not able to downgrade the corruption .

And now we have to consider that not every fraction has edicts or rituels / or special buildings that cleanse corruption . So we are not able to handle the vampire corruption with any fration (New World and Old World ) and we are also not able to do anything at all against the pirate bays because we can't see them or destroy them . So this fraction ability alone is broken because there is no counter play . Some Fractions like Alarielle for example are unplayable because in her case she gets all the fraction debuffs though corruption .

3. with the pirate bays you are able to build an building that gives you 50% of the citys income you can do this with an agent every 10 turns or sack the city and build an p.irate bay with your general . Well the income you get with this is also insane high , its an entire secound economy which noone can touch .
. Normaly you can weaken the economy of every fraction in some way except this one .

4. The Agents of the Vampire Coast fraction have an ridiculously high exp rate though that Heros action ( Pirat-e B.ay) one level up per action up to 13 Plus they get an insane high selfdefense against enemy agent actions though building chains , skills and techs here you can get easy up to 30%-50% . With Graf Noctilus it would be possible even if it makes no sense to stack this building like this in a province but it would be possible to get a 110% selfdense chance .

i writing this cause i respect your work and i we wish your mod as good as possible . If your team need some suggestions for improvments we are open i would have sent this to you as an email cause this here should be only for you but don't have yours .

Good day Sir, thank you for the feedback but this would be more to CA then us, cause mechanics yo udescribe are things we cant change. Yes Skaven ritual agent is powerfull but there is no way to nerf him except removing him entirely. Same for pirate coves, those can be destroyed only by razing the town. We may balance the effects they provide bit more + increase their costs.
