High Elven Theatre bug
I don't know if it is a known bug, but sadly the building-chain for public order within the high elves is broke.
I cannot build T3 of the chain, it seems that there is no T3. There is no Icon or whatsoever. Still the hammer appears on T2 Building and it won't let me upgrade to T4 in capitals either.
Tried to disable all submods but did not change.
Reinstalling did not help either.
Is it a known Issue?

Latest HE dlc is required to own to be able construct everything properly.

Argh.
Damnit, so I won't be able to for at least 7 days.
Why is there so much month but so few money?!
Anyway, thank you for your quick response!
And thank you a LOT for all your mods!
*Mumbles* Damn all those DLC's... Ain't nobody got money for it... =D

You dont need to have all, but HE one yes cause of our changes to recruitment system and many other tweaks which makes it necessary thanks to CA.
