Total War: WARHAMMER II

Total War: WARHAMMER II

Radious Total War Mod - Part 1
Gaining Chivalry too Easy?
First off, thanks for all the work on the mod! I can't imagine the countless hours your team has poured in to it.

Just finished a Bretonnian campaign and it was a blast! Hundreds of Lords all over the map... Powerful nations being wiped out! Constant attacks toward me from Norsca for the first fifty turns or so and it was challenging and fun the whole time! Along with help from Kislev and Hochland, they were eventually defeated.

The only thing though, because there were so many armies constantly coming after me, I was able to get over 1000 chivalry just defending my land and 1200+ by the time we wiped out their cities.

I just finished the campaign on turn 98, with the final goal being 2000 chivalry, before I was even able to field any of the top tier units. As any other race, where the objective is to wipe out certain factions and gain control of major cities, I don't think I'd be anywhere close to the goals.

I haven't played Total War Warhammer for a couple years, and I had never tried the Bretonnians before this, so I don't know if it was always their campaign goal or something changed at some point. It seems with the substantially increased number of Lords running around in Radious though, there should be some kind of a change to the campaign objective. Maybe as much as doubling the chivalry required? Or a complete change and more traditional goal like the other factions.

But again, had a blast with the game! Thanks again for the time you've invested!

On a side note, the most interesting fights I've had in ANY total war game were the Skaven ambushes! They had multiple lords ambushing my lower tier backup squads when I had several teams all pushing together. I can't say they all ended well but it really made Skaven feel like the mass of overpowering numbers of rodents they were always meant to be!

In ME you can continue to play as you want. Why BRT has such a silly objective is beyond me, but changing these goals is something mods do avoid cause it can cause many unwanted issues elsewhere.
