The discipline for all units are extremely high
Its strange to see that T1 units hold on under ranged fire+artillery+flanked+magic debuff+scared. Its blocks a lot of tactical stuff like scaring enemy troops one by one and eat them with wolves at their 70% hp while they are running away.
My opinion is to increase morale debuff penalties (hardly) or just remove ~20-30 discipline for all the troops

yes it is absolutely true how many times the units fight to the last man. That ends the tactical part of the battle
