Confederations
The only problem I have currentely with the mod is the empire and other factions that rely on confederations usually get stomped by factions that don't. For example the Vampires wiping the empire almost every game. In almost all playthroughs the empire can never expand as they are sourounded by allies which never confederate and wait until the vamps show up in full force. This leads to the empire constantly being stomped as they never join as one against threats that don't rely on confederations and therefore are usually stronger due to aggresive expansion. Same thing with most vanilla factions such as dwarves and greenskins will usually be wiped as most of their neighbors dont rely on confederations. I remember that confederations might have been decreased in their chance to make sure there are plenty of factions but in ME even if major factions all confederating with each of there minor counterparts there would still be many factions. Likewise many factions seem to rely on confeds to survive and so the balance tips against them when they refuse to do so. So, is there a possible sub mod that can increase (or bring it back to vanilla if it was changed) confederations? Seems like a lot of faction balance problems stem from this.

I have the same problem. The empire and the greenskins need the confederations, but i haven´t seen any AI-confederation since i use this mod. Did you found a solution / answer?

There will be big changes to Empire factions to make them stronger in next update. More regions, full provinces etc.

i'm on turn 29 with dwarves and i can confederate with any of them. did the stats get raised on when it happens? i have numerous above 100 for the number. maybe i didn't see the reason they don't. also all friendly too.
