Lords level up and gain ten skill points??
I downloaded most of the sub mods for radious, starting a new tomb kings campaing and setra leveled up and gained 10 skill points. i thought it was the skill dump mod, but after disabling it. it continued to persist, no idea whats causing ten skill points a level

It may be if you are using insane difficulty submod, its very specific submod which is for more crazy gameplay.
