-Holding the weapon for 5 seconde will freeze yourself for 3 seconde
Pro:
On hit: Stun for one second and 15% slower speed for 5 seconds

It's pretty darn realistic but I don't think people will be happy if you hold the weapon for 5 seconds you freeze yourself. Pyro's use flare guns for a pretty long time.
