When my friend joins in he gets kicked for lua errors? is there a way to fix this? Also when a cube or any item goes trough the portal it just sinks trough the ground. How can i fix that?

yes. enter the console ("~" button) as admin and then type in "sv_kickerrornum 0". without the quotation marks.

That is a glitch with the portal gun
This will happen quite a bit
This mod was a test and I only published it because the beta testers said i should.
