Gems
Where/how do I acquire gems to join the manhunters? It's a main form of income in the base game, and I'm struggling without it. Thanks

I usually get them by beating other armies like the bigs once or winning tournaments and finding chests in taverns

I have the same problem i defeated tow armies and attacked one caravan and got no gem
