How do I build this guys HUD? Looks like he uses SCHISM

Looking through workshop and the text it looks like a modified version of SCHISM HUD but I'm not sure how to get mine to look like his

edit: went through all modifications and still don't know how he got it like that

I don't think the hud you're talking about has anything to do with the SCHISM. I guess that's what you're looking for:
