i don't think we should have a full colour change on the suit, perhaps just a tint because it would be, as WJB said, a bit confusing if the entire suit was orange

They can't make it paintable because it covers most of the engineer, so unless everyone uses team color paints, knowone will be able to tell what team you are on which means some people might abuse that.
