I thought this might be the easiest place for the author of this mod, joeThinkStudio's to see the message. That said the request is essentially in the title.

I would like your permission @joeThinkStudio to post this on the Nexus and Bethesda as an SSE mod. Another Nexus user converted it, and it seems to work marvelously in SSE. However, because he does not have permission to be able to publish it he has not. That is why I'm asking on, partially his behalf. I would also like permission to, as a whole, adopt the mod and develop it further.
