Bug with encourage?
It seems this mod heavily interferes with the encourage ability.
There are multiple issues I am encountering (this was tested with no other mod enabled):

- lords and heroes no longer give a leadership bonus via their encourage ability to units around them. This is broken both in custom battles and in campaign.
- the encourage ability of regular units taken as lord choice doesn't work either.
- the encourage ability of regular units taken as regular units works, but gives 8 ld instead of 4.

an easy way to reproduce is to create a custom battle with the following setup as Dwarves both with and without the mod:
- Lord as lord choice, Thane hero, 1 unit of dwarf Warriors, 1 unit of Longbeards.
- place the Warriors at about twice the encourage radius from the rest.
- start the battle, successively walk the Lord, then the Thane, past the Warriors and watch for leadership change on the Warriors.

Without the mod, as either the Thane or Longbeards move within 100m of the Warriors, the Warriors will receive a 'Encouraged by nearby unit' leadership buff, with the amount increasing from 1 to 4 based on distance up to 70m. If the Lord moves within 70m, the Warriors will instead receive the 'Lord nearby' buff for 4 ld.

With the mod, the Warriors will receive neither the Encourage nor Lord nearby leadership bonus from the Lord or the Thane, but they will receive the Encourage bonus from the Longbeards, although the amount will be 8 instead of the expected 4.

If we change the setup above to pick the Longbeards as lord choice instead, the Longbeards will cease to give their Encourage bonus (and wont give the Lord nearby bonus either) altogether.
