Wood Elves Council, bug?
Hello! I'm just trying out this mod with the Bowmen of Oreon in Vortex, but I can't assign offices in the council. I still get the notification that they are available though.

Is this intended or is it a bug? I have the DLC by the way.

That is because I didn't give him any Wood Elf offices as they were very specific to Athel Loren and wouldn't have made sense for his faction to have.

Question as well love the idea of playing them in vortex as well ! are there any other locations besides eleven ruins that are habitable ? A tree of somesort wasnt sure !! thanks and the mods so fun !

I'm not sure why you are talking about Elven Ruins as those are certainly High Elf ruins, not Wood Elves. Also, Wood Elves do not care about climate at all as far as I know and just settle pretty much everywhere they want.
