Mod compatability

Im having an issue with radious wood elve overhaul sub mod not working. When taking a city the buildings the mod adds are not available. I talk to the mod creator synthetic man frequently and im just try to save him some time by looking in to the issue. Does anyone know how to go about getting those buildings to work?
