So im playing the Necrarch brotherhood on the Vortex Campaign, yet the blood kisses wont earn, or really just dont show up at all. And mind you, i've eliminated Settra, Repanse, all the Tomb kings, Krog gar, actually i really just control all of the Southlands except for Lustria. And not ONE blood kiss, so i try the OTHER Vampire faction....still nothing.
