Faction Effects

Is it normal that half the added factions have neither faction nor lord-effects and half of those have no bonus starting units either? (not just a menu thing, i loaded multiple campaigns)

i am playing on the latest patch, i disabled all mods other than this and the UI-Framework and it still doesnt change anything.

Brand new to this mod (using it in conjuction with SFO plus the appropriate submod) and I'm seeing the same thing. Seemed wrong, but wasn't sure...

Same here I, tried loading in as Norsca and all I got were a few maruaders and the book of monsters was blank. Same issue with the Dwarves.
