Hi Crynsos, hi general gaming public

I'm encountering a problem when playing as Saphery in ME.
Except for trade agreements, no other elven faction is willing to allow any other diplomatic measures like non-agression agreements or military access.
Even though my reliability is very high and their opinion of me is around ~60 or so.
Does anyone know how to fix this problem?
