I'm playing as Karak Zank and have a trade route with Karaz Ankor but I still dont have access to the fancy dwarf kit. mods im using are: Community modding framework, march stance cost, militia recruitment, custom lord creation, tier 4 minor settlements, region trading, abandon region, UI modding framework and watchful sentries.

Am i missing something here or could one of the mods im using be conflicting with this one?
