Sigvald in the ocean?

Whenever i try to start a new campaign with Sigvald, it starts him in the middle of the ocean. I am currently using sfo and some of the sub mods for it. Am i the only one getting this issue with Sigvald?

That is intended to give him an alternative starting position to add some variation and flexibility to Chaos.
